stays a conversation.
Huh? by Lister Pros LLC sends live audio between two nearby iPhones. It does not create conversation recordings or require a Huh? account.
Live audio
The microphone phone captures audio and streams it directly to the listening phone over their shared local network. Audio is processed temporarily to play the live sound. Huh? does not save conversation recordings or send conversation audio to a Huh? server.
Let everyone nearby know when the microphone is on. The listener’s Pause control stops playback while keeping the session connected; it does not necessarily turn off the other phone’s microphone. Mute stops sending microphone audio while capture can remain active. Stop ends the audio stream.
What stays on your device
Huh? stores app preferences and information used to recognize phones it has connected to, including device names and cryptographic keys, on your device. You can remove remembered phones in the app’s About screen, under Saved phones, by choosing Forget for each phone.
The app can produce local technical diagnostics, such as connection status and audio routing information, for troubleshooting. These are not conversation recordings. Huh? does not include an advertising or third-party analytics SDK.
Permissions
Microphone access lets the microphone phone capture the live audio you choose to send. Local Network access lets the two phones find and connect to each other. You can change either permission in iPhone Settings.
Apple TestFlight
The beta is distributed through Apple TestFlight. Apple collects beta diagnostics and usage information and shares beta testing information and feedback with the developer. Feedback you choose to submit may include comments, screenshots, device information, and contact details. Apple’s handling of that information is described in its TestFlight privacy information.
We use beta feedback to investigate issues and improve Huh?. Please avoid including private conversation content or other people’s personal information. If you join through a public invitation, you can choose whether to include an email address in feedback.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies, or forms that collect personal information. The website is hosted by Netlify, which may process basic request information, such as an IP address and the page requested, to deliver the site. See Netlify’s privacy statement. Links to Apple open services governed by Apple’s own privacy practices.

Beta participants can contact Lister Pros LLC through TestFlight → Huh? by ListerPros → Send Beta Feedback. Start your message with “Privacy” and include a reply email if you would like us to respond. You can also email info@listerpros.com, including if you do not use TestFlight. Use either channel to request deletion of identifiable feedback you have submitted.
